I started my educational journey at Concordia College and graduated from the U of A with a Bachelor of Education Degree.  My teaching career began in 1990 with stops along the way in Meander River, AB, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, Gennesee, AB, and Mayerthorpe, AB.  I've  had the privilege of teaching in cross-cultural settings, residential, public and private schools.

This year, I will be teaching junior and senior mathematics, senior PE, and senior religious studies.  I have a passion for sports and getting involved by coaching golf, cross-country running, badminton and track and field.  It is always such a pleasure to see students reach new heights in the sporting arenas and to exercise their God-given talents in such a variety of ways.

I live in Carvel with my wife and two young daughters.  We enjoy outdoor pursuits together like camping, canoeing, hiking, and skating, and can't wait for hockey season to begin again!
