We welcome your interest in seeking admission for your children at Living Waters. Admission to Living Waters is based on the following:
- The family’s desire for Christian Education
- The family's alignment with our mission and vision
- The student’s academic fit
- Available classroom space at LWCA
To begin the application process, please read and complete the following documents and return them to the school office. An application will not be considered unless, and until, all of the items listed below are received by the school. Once everything is received, you will be contacted to arrange an interview with the Principal. The Principal determines whether students are accepted for enrollment and families will be notified of the decision.
All new applications for enrollment prior to April 17th will receive an early registration discount of $150/family. This early registration incentive will be given up to Jan. 30th for existing school families who are enrolling another child or re-enrolling children already in the school for the upcoming school year.
Due to the reality of full classes and possible waiting lists for next year’s classes existing grade 1 – 12 families in our school community are given priority for seats in the classroom until January 30, 2010. After that date, all enrollments and re-enrollments are prioritized based on the date of registration.
Current kindergarten students are enrolled for grade one on a first come first served basis until the Jan. 30th deadline. At that time, available spaces in the grade one class are opened to new applicants. Successful new applicants prior to Jan. 30th are put on a waiting list. After Jan. 30th they will be informed regarding space for their child in the class.
Current pre-school students are able to apply for kindergarten on a first come, first served basis until Jan. 30th. After that time, kindergarten is open to all applicants. Successful new applicants prior to Jan 30th are placed on a waiting list. Applicants for kindergarten need to go through the entire application process.
Checklist of documents required for admission:
- Student Registration Form
- Statement of Faith
- Parent's Commitment Form
- Parent/Guardian Notification and Consent Form
- Medical Permission Form
- Computer Network Acceptable Use Agreement
- Pastor’s Recommendation (mailed/faxed to the school from your Pastor)
- Student Questionnaire for grade 7-12 (if applicable)
- Registration Fee ($75 for Kindergarten and $150/family K-12)
- Copy of student’s most recent report card
- Copy of student’s birth certificate
